Over more than three decades of corporate experience as a CFO at top MNCs (Procter & Gamble Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt), Vaishali has led large, complex global businesses, excelling in finance, operations and strategy.  She has also worked with, led and developed hundreds of diverse individuals and teams across cultures.  

This rich experience has shaped her into a strategic business leader and a nurturing people leader, known for her sharp business acumen, clarity of thought, authenticity and passion for talent development.
